As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be working from home, providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and entering service data into our computer system. You will be responsible for delivering high-reputed company customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
