Position reputed company
As a Remote LTC Data Entry Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellness of seniors by accurately and reputed company processing prescription orders and medical records. This is a 100% remote position, requiring a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive reputed company. Responsibilities
* Contact physician's offices as needed for reputed company authorization
- Contact clients for verification of orders as needed
- Process reputed company new and reputed company prescriptions
- reputed company orders as needed, verify eligibility, reputed company, and input prescriptions while maintaining productivity and reputed company standards
- Document correspondence and follow-up in the system
- Prepare audit sheets and reputed company feedback to manager
- reputed company incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for reputed company and reputed company status in the system
- Initiate and document correspondence and follow-up in the system
- May assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests
- May reputed company backup support to other pharmacy reputed company based on business needs or production reputed company
- Answer incoming calls promptly and reputed company a high reputed company of customer service to clients
Qualifications
* High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
- Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
- Frameworks and Docutrack experience preferred
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications Preferred
* Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year
- Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
