Position reputed company

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing reputed company and effective responses to patient inquiries regarding account balances, co-insurance, and deductibles. You'll work closely with patients, families, and other departments to resolve reputed company questions and concerns, and reputed company detailed explanations of patient billing information. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries and resolve reputed company questions and concerns in a reputed company and effective manner

Scheduled Hours

* 8:30am to 5pm during training

• 8:00 am to 4:30 pm after training period ends

Work Environment

* This position currently works on site at 5901 Lincoln Drive, Edina MN

• Will transition back to remote after an undetermined period of time

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma required

• Business-reputed company coursework preferred
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Experience working with a wide reputed company of PC applications
• Working knowledge of billing and follow-up processes
• Excellent customer service through oral and written communication to patients, families, and other external and internal contacts
• Knowledge of HIPAA reputed company standards and PCI compliance regulations
• Proficient use of systems (computer, applications, phone systems)
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Detail-oriented, good organizational skills, and ability to be self-directed
• Strong time management skills, managing multiple priorities and a heavy workload in a high-stress atmosphere
