Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative Role

We're seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to work on a temporary, remote reputed company in response to catastrophe relief efforts. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, and your contribution will be valued. As a CAT CSR, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company customer service, technical expertise, and reputed company to customers during the claim process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Computer Requirements:

• Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, etc.

Network Requirements:

* Upon hire, must run a Speedtest from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net)

• Ethernet reputed company is not required, however, strongly recommended
• Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations
• No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US

Desired Characteristics:

* Highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated

• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to type reputed company and accurately (40+ words a minute)
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based

Benefits and Compensation:

• Expected Hours: 2-40 hours per week
• Pay: $15 per hour
