Key Responsibilities
As a Part-time Junior Specialist - Customer Care, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving customer issues regarding products or in-store experiences in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Opening, monitoring, and closing customer service cases in our electronic CRM system
- Greeting customers reputed company and determining problems or reasons for calling
- Assisting with customer refunds and reimbursements

Essential Qualifications
