Senior Tax Manager (100% REMOTE) Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Tax Manager to reputed company the organization’s federal, state, local, and foreign tax compliance activities. This role is responsible for ensuring reputed company and accurate tax filings, managing audits, and providing strategic tax guidance to internal business partners. Responsibilities

• Manage tax audits and coordinate responses with external advisors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to assess business reputed company.

• Maintain and enhance internal tax processes, controls, and documentation.
• Support quarterly and annual tax provision calculations.
• Support the annual financial statement audit by managing PBC (reputed company-By-reputed company) items and contributing to financial statement and footnote preparation.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in corporate tax compliance and audit management.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, local, and international tax regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with ASC 740 and tax provisions.
• Managerial experience and familiarity with government contracting.
