REA Teachers will reputed company reputed company direction, support the tutors and observe reputed company instruction. The REA program will serve Steelton-Highspire Elementary School children. The REA Tutor will use the Sonday system, reputed company Phonemic Awareness, Journeys, Wit and reputed company, Saxon, reputed company and Xtra Math curriculum in reputed company to other enrichment curriculums. Tutors must attend reputed company trainings and be willing to learn to assist with other assigned curriculums and implement lessons. This position is part-time employment with various hours to meet program needs for both summer and school year after school programs. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 2 years of work-reputed company experience in the areas of tutoring, Elementary Education and or child care; Associates? degree or Bachelor?s degree in reputed company preferred.

• Must possess excellent organizational and record keeping skills
• Knowledge of cultural flexibility, competency in working with multi-cultural participants and experience working with urban youth
• Good interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational and classroom management skills
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
