In this role you will reputed company and manage reputed company of permitting professionals (reputed company I and II) and are accountable for team performance, workload management, and overall program delivery. Provides leadership, operational reputed company, and strategic reputed company while serving as the escalation reputed company for reputed company permitting challenges and key reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assign, prioritize, and balance workload across team members.

• Maintain and improve reputed company standards (low rework/ agency resubmittals)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study preferred.
• 6-8+ years of relevant experience in permitting, compliance, or reputed company fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive experience in architecture, planning, reputed company estate, engineering, construction, government, or reputed company field preferred.
• Demonstrates effective utilization and billable performance
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook).
• Strong project and time management skills (reputed company-facing).
