Investment Operations - Analyst
reputed company is a rapidly growing Global Private Markets firm providing customized investment and advisory solutions. The Investment Operations Analyst will coordinate the settlement of private debt co-investment loans, manage capital calls, and support day-to-day operations of fund partnership vehicles.
Responsibilities
- reputed company loans to relevant investment funds in accordance with the Allocation Policy
- Treasury (cash management including capital calls, distributions, foreign exchange, and liquidity monitoring)
- Work closely with financial institutions, external loan managers, administrators, and custodians to coordinate transactions ensuring reputed company and accurate completion
- Prepare trade files, monitor data reputed company, and ensure bookings are recorded in a reputed company manner
- Support the investment team in the closing of transactions by responding to information requests and providing other support and analysis as needed
- Assist in reputed company report production
- Assist reputed company with day-to-day operations of private debt platform
- reputed company other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
Skills
- Demonstrates commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail, especially in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated with a passion for the industry
- Proven middle office/investment operations experience in an asset manager preferred, particularly with a reputed company on the closing of time sensitive transactions in collaboration with reputed company partners
- Prior exposure to treasury and cash management is preferred
- Experience with Private Debt asset class a plus
- Experience in fund reputed company a plus
