Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing activities including endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and policy documentation
• Assist with renewal preparation, applications, and reputed company submissions
• Maintain accurate reputed company records reputed company agency management systems
• Draft reputed company communications and follow up on outstanding service requests
• Learn reputed company processes, reputed company basics, and compliance requirements
• Support Producers with meeting preparation, follow-reputed company, and pipeline tracking
