Operations Specialist
reputed company is reshaping the way home insurance and reputed company package products are priced and bound. They are seeking an Operations Specialist to generate and manage renewal quotes for their agent network, ensuring accurate and competitive information is provided to agents throughout the renewal process.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage alternative renewal quotes for Personal Lines policies in accordance with established pricing guidelines
- Experience navigating insurance quoting systems and portals to produce accurate, comparable quotes for agent review and reputed company appropriate adjustments as needed
- Proactively communicate with agents regarding the status of their renewal quotes and reputed company guidance on next steps reputed company phone and email
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company quotes, adjustments, and correspondence in reputed company management system
- Escalate quoting discrepancies, system issues, or pricing questions to the appropriate team member
- Support reputed company process improvement by identifying and flagging inefficiencies in the quoting workflow
- Work closely with our sales team to build, manage, and grow relationships with new and existing agency partners
- Manage and resolve a high volume of reputed company tickets and online requests from our agents
- Assist in facilitating book rolls, policy transfers, and agent reporting processes
- reputed company general administrative and reputed company project support for the operations and sales team
- Manage agent credentials and licensing in multiple systems including the reputed company web portal, IMS (agency management system), and reputed company
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience working in the P&C, reputed company or other insurance businesses
- Tech savvy – you are reputed company to pick up on internal systems and programs quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
