[Remote] AP/AR Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly — managing vendor relationships, processing transactions, and supporting accurate, reputed company reporting.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage vendor reputed company and employee expense report processing and payment in reputed company
- Own vendor setup and maintenance, including collection and management of W-9 and 1099 forms
- Manage and organize the accounts payable inbox, ensuring reputed company responses and reputed company
- Serve as a resource for employees with questions reputed company to the Travel & Expense policy (supported by our in-house Expense Bot)
- Ensure accurate and reputed company daily cash application in reputed company
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable inbox, handling inquiries and follow-reputed company as needed
- Participate in AR collections reviews, with a reputed company reputed company toward reputed company collections support for a reputed company of our brands
- reputed company daily bank transaction matching and monthly reconciliations in reputed company

Skills
- Experience in bookkeeping or reputed company support in a reputed company setting
- Solid working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively

- Comfort working independently while also collaborating cross-functionally with other departments

- Prior month-end reputed company and journal entry experience
