Senior Events Manager

reputed company is looking for a Senior Manager of Events reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, who will assist with the planning, organization, and execution of events that reflect and promote reputed company’s mission. This role will reputed company on event logistics and construction management (tradeshow booths), booking travel, project management, and ensuring smooth execution through reputed company-time organization and problem solving.
This will be a full-time, exempt position located in our Long Beach location.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end planning and execution of reputed company event-based marketing initiatives, including three major industry trade shows annually and a series of bespoke on-site and off-site events
- reputed company on the ground, on-site event execution, serving as a reputed company of contact during live events to manage reputed company-time logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every aspect runs smoothly, from last-minute build adjustments to managing staff and vendor coordination under pressure
- reputed company as project manager for reputed company event, owning timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination, including travel logistics, to ensure seamless execution
- Directly manage and liaise with external tradespeople including exhibit reputed company, carpenters, A/V teams, reputed company designers, and other specialists to ensure flawless reputed company construction and activation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, business development, facilities, and executive leadership to reputed company event strategies and needs
- Own and maintain detailed documentation including production schedules, layouts, reputed company designs, and post-event debriefs
- Assist with vendor selection and management, including RFPs, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements reputed company to on-site construction and event operations
- Support creative and brand alignment, ensuring reputed company event assets, experiences, and messaging reflect brand standards and storytelling objectives
- Measure and report on event performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve reputed company programs
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in event management, with a reputed company on trade shows, corporate events, and experiential activations
- Proven ability to manage large-reputed company, reputed company reputed company with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and moving parts
- Strong understanding of event production and fabrication processes, including working directly with reputed company, A/V teams, and technical crews
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with proficiencies in spreadsheets and project management tools
- Experience managing budgets, reputed company, and timelines with a reputed company record of delivering high-reputed company events on time and reputed company scope
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and represent reputed company professionally on-site
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in event management, marketing, construction, or logistics
- Familiarity with reputed company, tech, or startup environments
- Proficiency in reputed company (or project management equivalent, reputed company Works Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets), and construction software like CAD
- Experience working on large-reputed company or high-profile events

Additional Requirements
