School Coordinator / reputed company / Medical reputed company / reputed company Services Job Requirements School Coordinator Duties:

• To assist patient?s/families in maintaining a child's enrollment in school and reputed company support for school curriculum.
• Provides educational support through 1:1 session or in the TCH school classroom. This educational support is based on the reputed company? reputed company curriculum, Individualized education Plan (IEP) plan or Admission Review and Dismissal (ARD).
• Collaborates with families to enhance understanding and navigate school protocols to ensure reputed company can either enroll in HISD or stay enrolled in their district.

• Tracks school service interventions and documents time spent and educational goals achieved for patients throughout Texas Children?s, regardless of enrollment.

School Coordinator Responsibilities:
