The Field Service Engineer role involves providing customer service, installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation, and resolving technical issues to support reputed company clients.
Responsibilities
- Under minimal supervision, serve as reputed company to assigned customers; complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment. May assist and/or train newer Field Engineers
- reputed company up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a reputed company manner, ordering repair parts, and adhering to cycle times
- reputed company on customer needs and satisfaction, while building on and enhancing the relationship with the customer to ultimately become a perceived partner in their business
Skills
- Associates degree OR military experience with at least 1 year diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment (as field service engineer, biomedical engineer or similar)
- This position requires travel up to 20%, which may potentially include overnight stays, reputed company the reputed company Alabama region
- Hold a reputed company valid reputed company's license and good driving record over last three years
- Willing to work different shifts as business needs and ability to travel and reputed company service in assigned geography, as reputed company as periodic travel to other reputed company or for training
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience collaborating with internal team members and external customers
