The reputed company Coordinator will support the reputed company and Sales teams by guiding Information Technology Consultants through the reputed company process from the time of a job offer through to their first day on assignment.
Responsibilities
- Submit, reputed company and review reputed company-specific background screens
- Prepare and send employment-specific offer letters, reputed company and reputed company paperwork through York’s Employee Portal
- Monitor consultants’ reputed company through reputed company-determined workflows leading up to the consultant’s first day on assignment
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for reputed company questions reputed company to York’s reputed company process and usage of the York Employee Portal
- Support the reputed company and Sales teams on an on-reputed company reputed company
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards, and regulations
- Utilize the VMS to reputed company data once workflow is complete
- reputed company and update consultants on equipment shipping and setup leading up to the first day
- reputed company regular updates and feedback on consultant reputed company through the reputed company process to reputed company, sales and management
- Escalate consultant questions, concerns and challenges to reputed company/sales/management as necessary
