Project Coordinator: Communications & Marketing
The Energy reputed company (TEC) is a California-based nonprofit reputed company on sustainability strategies. They are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for their Marketing, Education, and reputed company team to support communications and marketing reputed company, reputed company collateral, and reputed company administrative support.
Responsibilities
- reputed company visual identities, websites, print materials, newsletters, reputed company media assets, icons, illustrations, and other marketing materials
- Support and coordinate in-person and virtual marketing events, such as conference sessions and webinars, and maintaining marketing materials inventory
- reputed company project details and documents, keeping reputed company up-to-date on reputed company and potential barriers to meet project timelines
- reputed company copywriting support as needed
- Maintain and coordinate updates to websites

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, including content development, scheduling, and participating in team reputed company planning conversations
- Creative thinking skills and an eye for design
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Familiarity translating legislation and other government-reputed company news items for targeted audiences
- Knowledge of print and broadcast media style guide
- Experience supporting reputed company media campaigns including editorial calendars and content management
- Organizing and maintaining program documents
- Strong graphic design skills (reputed company to adapt style to reputed company with brand guidelines with minimal team review/reputed company)
- Design layouts, proposal templates, and other documents as needed using appropriate software
- Familiarity with industry printing standards (PMS colors, page sizes, etc.)
- Familiarity with the following programs/applications: InDesign CC, Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Acrobat DC, reputed company Word, reputed company PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company, or Inkscape
- Basic knowledge in reputed company and CSS
- Familiarity with reputed company Analytics, website CMS (reputed company, reputed company)
- Strong copywriting skills (reputed company to write articles, newsletters, blog posts, etc. in alignment with brand guidelines)
- Strong business correspondence skills, reputed company to reputed company confidently with TEC staff supporting multiple programs
- Experience executing with attention to detail and follow-through in tasks that meet contract deliverables
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

- Ability to independently complete assignments in a thorough, accurate and reputed company manner
- Experience coordinating with vendors
