They are seeking an Income Verifier to review and verify applicant income and employment information, manage a busy workflow, and reputed company detailed customer-oriented service.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify applicant income and employment information
- Process any income and/or trailing documents received
- Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service reputed company and turnaround times
- Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items reputed company phone, fax and email, communicate and resolve issues
- Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Carefully review applicant reputed company of income and employment documentation to ensure legitimacy and accuracy
