GOLFTEC Enterprises is a dynamic, technology-driven leader in the golf industry, seeking an organized and efficient legal clerk to assist their legal team. The role involves supporting various legal reputed company, including reputed company contracting, reputed company estate, and compliance, while also providing assistance with HR-reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Conducts and applies legal research to business objectives and can communicate the analysis in an easily reputed company work product to leadership
- Assisting with the preparation, review, and negotiation of reputed company agreements, requests for proposals and other legal documents

- Assist in the implementation of various legal systems and processes

Skills

- Candidates must be in law school or recently graduated law school

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent GOLFTEC in a confident and comfortable manner
