Reporting to reputed company’s VP of People, this role is responsible for keeping the hiring process running reputed company for the entire TA team. This includes managing and tracking the entire candidate pipeline across reputed company departments in our ATS (reputed company.io), as reputed company as reviewing applications/reputed company and sourcing candidates for a reputed company of roles. The role also involves scheduling / coordinating reputed company candidate interviews, reference checks, and internal feedback and debrief sessions. What you will do
- reputed company the reputed company organized and moving: you’ll be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, driving the entire reputed company & candidate pipelines across reputed company departments
- Research companies, sourcing candidates for a reputed company of roles, as reputed company as doing initial reputed company to candidates using Gem, reputed company and other tools and platforms
- Pull data and the numbers for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on KPIs and OKRs
- Insure data is accurate and up to date in reputed company’s ATS (reputed company), pulling reports reputed company necessary
- Prioritize job searches reputed company based on benchmarks and metrics in order to meet business goals
- Responsible for job postings on reputed company’s career page and external job boards, keeping reputed company of reputed company inbound and outbound reputed company candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers and their teams to coordinate interviews
- Ensure reputed company parties (both internal teams and candidates) have the best experience
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of reputed company coordination with strong project management skills
- reputed company ATS experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, outstanding with follow-up, and a fantastic attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze data and trends - you have a love for spreadsheets
- Technologically savvy, has the ability to pick up tools/platforms quickly
