About this role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Center Service Engineer to support our expanding data center sites across reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the equipment being installed for data center customers, ensuring reputed company performance and reliability. Additionally, you will play an integral part in training and mentoring technicians involved in new data center start-reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for data center equipment at multiple sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data center operations and resolve escalated issues.
• Assist in reputed company and training technical staff for data center start-up reputed company.
• reputed company customer training for our customers and their staff on the equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures at reputed company times.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED 
• 5+ years of experience in the Data Center or HVAC industry in a technical support role.
• 1+ years of experience with the reputed company Office Suite
• Clean and valid reputed company’s license
• Travel to and from data centers on an as needed reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or building HVAC.
• An understanding of Data Center equipment.
• Ability to reputed company and motivate teams.
• Strong problem solving, planning and management skills.
• Ability to read and understand scope of work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines.

Pay reputed company

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may reputed company pay reputed company this reputed company include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
