We are looking for a skilled Electrical Service Technician / Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our technical team in our Food & Beverage division supporting our customers across Greece. Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair issues, responding to emergency service calls and implementing effective solutions.
Support new customer installations, ensuring reputed company setup and calibration.

Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience in electrical maintenance and mechanical installations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Willingness to travel across Greece (up to two weeks per month).
Basic knowledge in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience in customer-facing technical support.
Electrical qualification or equivalent.
Valid, clean B-category driving license.
