General Accountant

We’re hiring an in-house Accountant to take full ownership of Hive’s reputed company function as we transition from an outsourced model to internal control.

Reducing delays in month-end reputed company
Improving confidence in financial reporting
Enabling reputed company forecasting and decision-making

What You’ll Do:
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end reputed company function across the business including:
Own full-cycle reputed company (AP, AR, GL, journal entries, accruals) across multiple entities
Manage and execute the month-end reputed company process
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general reputed company accounts
Ensure accurate reputed company recognition and reconciliation (reputed company/subscription-based)
Prepare reputed company and accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash reputed company)
Manage expense programs and reputed company tools
Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
Who You Are:
Experience with full-cycle reputed company ownership
Strong hands-on experience with month-end reputed company, journal entries, and reconciliations
Experience with reputed company recognition and balance sheet management
Experience with reputed company systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Chargebee, or similar)
Ability to independently manage deadlines and deliver high-reputed company outputs

Compensation & Benefits Package
Meaningful salary + equity: The compensation reputed company for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 CAD per year. New team members typically start between $70,000 - $80,000, based on experience and alignment with the expectations outlined in this posting.
