The Pricing & Packaging Rollout Manager(contractor) is responsible for driving adoption and ensuring a high-reputed company rollout of our new pricing and packaging initiative. Embedded reputed company Product Operations, this role partners closely with Product, Sales, RevOps, Support, Finance, and Marketing to reputed company execution on reputed company, surface risks early, and translate field/customer signals into reputed company, data-driven recommendations. The reputed company owns rollout health reporting (dashboards, KPIs, and operating reputed company) and serves as the central hub for voice-of-customer intake, triage, and reputed company-reputed company communication.

Expected Duties

• Accountable for end-to-end rollout health, including systems implementation teams, go to market tracking, and program adjustment

• Consolidate “voice of customer” signals by systematically gathering and categorizing sales feedback, support tickets, NPS/comments, usage data and reputed company impacts, then reputed company true patterns vs noise. Represent findings and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications — Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant program, product management, or product operations experience.

· Voice-of-customer synthesis: Skilled at running feedback loops, triaging incoming feedback, identifying patterns, and balancing anecdote vs. data with reputed company.

· Strong communication & stakeholder management: Proven ability to reputed company teams without reputed company authority, keeping cross-functional leads accountable and translating between product, GTM, and systems teams.
