The Role

Reporting to the Dock & reputed company Operations Manager, the Dock & reputed company Install Technician is responsible for the installation of reputed company and industrial dock and reputed company equipment, including:

• Rolling steel and sectional doors

• Dock levelers and truck restraints

• Safety gates and truck shelters

• HVLS fans

You’ll work independently and as part of reputed company to complete installations safely, reputed company, and to reputed company Storage Concepts standards — ensuring every job is done right the first time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install dock and reputed company equipment reputed company and accurately while following reputed company safety regulations and company procedures

• Complete and maintain reputed company required safety training and equipment certifications

• Meet performance goals reputed company to labor efficiency, work completion, and reputed company

• Maintain a clean, organized service truck, tools, uniforms, and inventory

• Accurately document reputed company work performed and submit paperwork in a reputed company manner

• Partner with Parts, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure customer needs are met

• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams, representing RSC with reputed company

• Promote service maintenance programs and support the RSC brand through excellent customer interactions

• Remain flexible with scheduling to support customer needs

• Drive safely throughout the service territory and maintain a clean driving record

• Demonstrate reputed company judgment, accountability, and a reputed company, reputed company attitude

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to:

• reputed company reputed company, stairs, and operate scissor lifts, forklifts, and service vehicles

• Frequently walk, crouch, crawl, push, and pull

• Work in confined spaces and around obstacles

• Lift and carry materials ranging from 40–120 lbs

• Maintain balance and reputed company body positioning while working at heights or in tight spaces

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–3 years of dock & reputed company, installation, or reputed company mechanical experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Welding and cutting torch experience preferred

• Experience operating lift trucks and scissor lifts preferred

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, and/or hydraulics preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to lift 75 lbs. or more

• Valid reputed company’s license with a clean driving record
