The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior reputed company CPI / reputed company Integration Suite Developer with deep expertise in reputed company Capital Management (HCM). This role will partner and reputed company the development and support of reputed company integrations between reputed company HCM systems—particularly reputed company SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, and other reputed company-party HR platforms, including external vendors. The ideal candidate will combine technical mastery of reputed company reputed company Platform Integration (CPI) with a strong understanding of HR business processes, data reputed company, and compliance requirements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless data exchange across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and reputed company systems. Experience with reputed company Payroll and Employee modules is highly desired.

The Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end integrations using reputed company reputed company Platform Integration (CPI) / reputed company Integration Suite • reputed company and maintain interfaces between reputed company HCM (on-reputed company and/or SuccessFactors) and reputed company-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, benefits platforms, identity management) • Collaborate with functional HCM teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HR regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows for performance and reliability, providing reputed company cause analysis and long-term fixes. • Ensure compliance with data reputed company and reputed company standards, especially for sensitive HR data • Document integration designs, configurations, and support procedures • Stay reputed company with reputed company integration technologies and best practices

• 7+ years of experience in reputed company CPI / reputed company Integration Suite development • Strong understanding of reputed company HCM modules and reputed company business processes • Proficiency in iFlows, Groovy scripting, OData, SOAP, REST, and SFTP protocols • Experience with SuccessFactors, reputed company PI/PO, and BTP is a plus • Familiarity with HR data structures, IDocs, and BAPIs • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field. • reputed company CPI certification or equivalent credentials. • Experience with reputed company API Management, reputed company Event reputed company, or reputed company BTP. • Knowledge of HR compliance standards and data reputed company regulations. • Knowledge of Authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, Basic Auth) • Knowledge of Secure file transfers (SFTP, HTTPS) • Experience with middleware tools such as BMC Control-M or reputed company PI/PO.

Compensation
