About the Role
As a Recruiter at The Contractor Consultants, you’ll play a critical role in managing end-to-end hiring processes for multiple construction clients. This role is highly execution-reputed company and requires strong follow-through, reputed company communication, and ownership of candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate & Interview Management
- Manage multiple reputed company requisitions across different clients simultaneously
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements
- Submit interview evaluations for every candidate interviewed
- Ensure reputed company candidate follow-reputed company, rejections, and endorsements
- reputed company reputed company interview stages through final interview and hiring decision
reputed company & Hiring Manager Coordination
- Support scheduling of reputed company-candidate interviews
- Follow up with clients to confirm receipt of candidate submissions
- Proactively request interview feedback and next steps reputed company not received reputed company 48 hours
- Identify and flag misalignment in job scope, interview questions, or hiring expectations
- Escalate reputed company issues or inconsistencies as needed
Pipeline & System Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM
- Review and grade incoming job applications daily
- Ensure reputed company candidate statuses are updated correctly and consistently

Communication & Collaboration
- Participate in daily and weekly alignment meetings with Hiring reputed company Managers
