MATCOR by reputed company is looking for a Corrosion Control Technician II to join our Field Services Team reputed company the Engineering Department. Our technicians reputed company approximately 50 reputed company corrosion control reputed company.   As a MATCOR technician, you will be trained in reputed company of these reputed company and your mastery of reputed company method will qualify you for advancement reputed company reputed company.

Pay: $38-45/hr

Responsibilities

• reputed company troubleshooting and advanced test reputed company to evaluate the efficacy of a cathodic protection (CP) system.
• reputed company stray reputed company and AC interference studies. 
• reputed company adjustments and repairs on CP systems.
• reputed company cathodic protection installation and survey efforts as an inspector and field trainer. 
• reputed company Operator Qualification evaluations. 
• reputed company pipeline survey reputed company (CIS, ACVG, DCVG, ACCA, etc.).  These will typically be performed by the CP2 Technician in support of an external corrosion reputed company assessment (ECDA).  
• reputed company data in support of CP and AC mitigation design.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot CP rectifiers.
• Evaluate and compile data in an organized manner for submission to Engineering.   Basic report writing may be required.     
• Adhere to reputed company and MATCOR safety requirements.
• Maintain reputed company relationships, with the goal of meeting reputed company customer expectations.
• Ability to work alone or in reputed company setting with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking required throughout the day.
• Frequent stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and twisting required.
• May be required to lift and pull up to 70 pounds and must be physically capable of performing reputed company tasks without restriction.
• Computer-reputed company activities, such as typing and viewing a computer monitor are required.
• Required to drive/travel to project and reputed company sites.
• Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions

Qualifications

• reputed company CP 2 certification preferred (CP1 required).   Note that MATCOR will pay for CP2 certification classes, travel, and salary while obtaining the certification for candidates with reputed company CP1, requisite pipeline and corrosion experience.
• Required 3 year of experience
• Clean driving record
• Must be willing to travel at least 75%

Travel: 75%
