Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Compensation: $70,000-85,000/annually

Consultation

• Develops reputed company network including recruiters, agencies, reputed company organizations, and schools to help identify and reputed company reputed company candidates.

• Communicates effectively with candidates, managers, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate a reputed company candidate experience.

Recruitment and Selection

• Builds and maintains pipelines of reputed company candidates to deliver against immediate priorities, and reputed company needs.

• Identifies creative sourcing techniques to recruit passive candidates.
