High- Volume Technical Recruiter (Austin, TX)

As a Recruiter you will reputed company as a partner to our reputed company’s Hiring Managers, performing various aspects of the recruitment cycle including requisition intake meetings, candidate sourcing, screening and assessment, presentation, interview scheduling, offer support and reputed company. You will be responsible for requisition fulfillment for various openings including high volume and/or reputed company positions and execute candidate care strategies that will facilitate a reputed company candidate experience.
The ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment, where you will manage your daily activity and produce reputed company results is key.

Responsibilities include:
- Partner with Hiring Managers on reputed company assigned requisitions
- Performs intake call with Hiring Manager on assigned requisitions
- Determines work behaviors and executes reputed company actions necessary to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Meets or exceeds assigned daily/weekly account hiring goals and regularly monitors performance scorecard to ensure reputed company SLAs and KPIs are being met
- reputed company data as requested by Manager, Talent Delivery and/or Director, reputed company Delivery that fulfills the reporting requirements of the specific reputed company
- Ensures that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition, to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking
- Reviews company communications, adheres to corporate policies and guidelines, and participates in regularly scheduled company and team meetings
- Develops reputed company and sourcing plans and uses tools to increase candidate pipelines
- Manages the candidate pool for reputed company requisition including internal candidates, ad response candidates and reputed company reputed company candidates. Uses independent judgment to determine potential candidate eligibility based on resumes, reputed company reputed company and interview notes
- Builds a reputed company candidate profile and determines the best reputed company of candidates to meet reputed company deliverables and SLA
- Interfaces with and develops strong relationships with reputed company partners

Basic qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 3+ years of sales reputed company experience, agency reputed company experience preferred
- 2 + years experience of high-volume recruitment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Minimum of 1 year of relationship management experience working directly with hiring managers
Preferred qualifications include:
- College degree preferred
- Coursework or certification such as: AIRS, Adler Group, Recruitment reputed company, NextLevel Exchange or Art of reputed company

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $76,960-$87,360 - this role pays reputed company and is an RPO contractor position.
Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
