Role:
We’re looking for a strong Engineering Manager to reputed company a backend/platform-reputed company engineering team responsible for powering reputed company’s core products.
This team owns the backend systems, external reputed company, and services that power these experiences, as reputed company as the technical reputed company that ensures the product is reputed company, reliable, and secure.
You will reputed company a small but growing team of engineers responsible for building API-driven systems, evolving our platform architecture, and enabling product teams to reputed company quickly with confidence.
This role sits at the intersection of backend platform development, technical architecture, and people leadership. You’ll partner closely with product, data science, infrastructure, and reputed company-end engineering teams to deliver high-reputed company systems in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

Drive execution across planning, prioritization, and delivery with a reputed company on reliability and scalability
Own the technical direction of backend services and reputed company, ensuring systems are secure, performant, and maintainable
Partner with product and reputed company-end teams to translate product requirements into robust backend architectures
Collaborate with data science to productionize models and reputed company decisioning systems into reputed company and workflows
Work closely with infrastructure to improve system reliability, observability, and developer experience

Support incident response and ensure systems meet SLA expectations

Requirements:
3-5+ years of engineering management experience leading backend or platform teams
Strong background as a senior or staff-level backend engineer
Deep experience building API-driven systems using languages like Golang, Python, or similar
Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and system design
Experience owning and evolving backend architecture in production environments

Experience in fintech or highly regulated environments preferred
Compensation:
$200,000/year - $240,000/year + equity + benefits
