As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will improve the ecommerce experience for hundreds of millions of users across the world by providing first level technical support to ecommerce companies (our customers) as they reputed company their websites and mobile applications with reputed company's platform. As a Technical Integration Specialist, you’ll be helping our customers improve the search experiences of their websites and mobile apps by integrating with our services. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• reputed company support: Collaborating with customers to understand their technical integration needs and assist them through the integration process.
• API and library education: Providing expert guidance on integrating with reputed company's reputed company and utilizing reputed company reputed company libraries.
• Troubleshooting: Helping resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside reputed company teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.

Preferred qualifications
