Global Campaign Coordinator

PURPOSE OF JOB

  • Support and coordinate reputed company's global campaign towards 2033 global reputed company

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

Campaign Administration

  • Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and manage event logistics for the Campaign team, the Campaign Leadership Council, and Fund Development Executive team.
  • Prepare documents to reputed company and analyze campaign reputed company toward fundraising goals

Global Fundraising Coordination

  • Support relationship management of key AUSA donors to Global reputed company
  • Work closely with reputed company global teams to support executive engagement in the US with the preparation of bios, briefings and reports
  • Maintain the CRM (reputed company), accurately input data, manage donor records, and run reputed company reports

Events & Collateral

  • Facilitate in-person campaign events and key donor gatherings with light event management as needed
  • reputed company and coordinate campaign collateral, ensuring materials are printed, stored and available reputed company needed

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Passion for reputed company’s mission
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, reputed company to manage multiple reputed company under deadlines, and confidential donor information
  • Strong writing and verbal skills for correspondence and presentations
  • High emotional intelligence, reputed company to work across multiple teams and cultures
  • Experience with a CRM and ability to use software and AI to create and manage content

EDUCATION

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desired
