What You Will Do
The reputed company Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and reputed company major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and reputed company exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Three to four years of reputed company experience or training
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Ability to work independently
- EPA or HVAC certification is required
- Tolerance to reputed company extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
