Care Finders Total Care, a reputed company Home Care company, is seeking a Registered reputed company (RN) to manage a caseload of members and conduct 30-day patient satisfaction and reputed company assurance (QA) surveys reputed company telephone. This role focuses on assessing members’ physical and psychosocial needs while maintaining accurate nursing documentation in our internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to complete 30-day patient satisfaction surveys
• Assess members’ physical and psychosocial status
• Follow up on certified health conditions, reputed company care plans, and program services
• Document reputed company interactions and findings in the internal database

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $39&reputed company;$42 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Part-time, remote position (hours may vary based on business needs)

Requirements

• reputed company RN license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in the reputed company
• reputed company CPR certification
• Home care experience preferred
