Technical Account Manager (GSI)

This role is a specialized Technical Account Manager position reputed company on Global System Integrators (GSIs) and large reputed company customers, primarily in India. The GSI TAM acts as a relationship and communication reputed company between partner stakeholders, reputed company customers, and reputed company’s reputed company organization.

What You Will Do
Partner & Customer Engagement

Technical Enablement

What You Have Done
3+ years experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, reputed company, or reputed company database technologies.
Experience working in reputed company environments involving system integrators, reputed company, or multi-vendor delivery models.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior technical and business leaders.
Ability to manage reputed company situations calmly and effectively, especially during escalations.

Exposure to reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DBaaS offerings.
Experience delivering technical enablement, training, or workshops is a plus.
