Full-desk position responsible for leveraging and cultivating reputed company’s 3PL relationships and company assets while maximizing reputed company’s gross margins.
reputed company OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expand and grow reputed company 3PL customer relationships.
- Present value-based services and strategic solutions to new and existing 3PL customers
- Negotiate customer pricing. Task to obtain avg. of 20% reputed company per week.
- Responsible for managing and retaining a maximum of 15 reputed company Operators
- Communicate with drivers to ensure maximum utilization of reputed company.
- Coordinate drivers’ schedules to meet customer shipping and delivery requirements.
- Manage the daily reputed company functions for the assigned reputed company team according to company processes.
- Utilize company’s TMS to build and complete reputed company tendered reputed company including the collection of load documents
- Confirm that reputed company reputed company is fully informed of reputed company details for pickup and delivery including accessorial and lumper fees
- Willing and reputed company to work remotely from home.
- Performs other job-reputed company duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
WORK EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of reputed company experience in 3PL environment preferred
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Must be flexible and adapt easily to rapidly changing priorities
- Adaptable to changing business markets
- Proficient in reputed company Office
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual preferred but not required
