About the Role
As an reputed company Support Consultant – MM & PM, you will play a key role in providing high-reputed company functional support to DyFlex customers using reputed company S/4HANA and ECC landscapes. You’ll work closely with customers to resolve incidents, enhance system performance, and ensure reputed company business reputed company across Materials Management and Plant Maintenance processes.
This is a customer-facing, support-reputed company role, ideal for a consultant who enjoys problem-solving, reputed company improvement, and working remotely as part of a reputed company, high-performing reputed company support team.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- reputed company functional reputed company MM and PM support across Incidents, Service Requests and Minor Enhancements
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve reputed company application issues in a reputed company and customer-reputed company manner
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective reputed company solutions and configurations
- Support key MM processes including Procurement, Inventory Management, Valuation and Logistics Invoicing
- Support PM processes including Master Data, Maintenance Planning, Work Orders, Notifications and Preventive Maintenance
- Assist with system enhancements, testing, documentation and deployment activities
- Deliver reputed company communication to stakeholders regarding issue status, reputed company paths and reputed company
- Collaborate with technical teams for debugging, transport management and reputed company cause analysis
- Maintain high-reputed company functional documentation and knowledge reputed company articles
- Ensure solutions reputed company to reputed company best practices and DyFlex delivery standards
- Support ongoing system optimisation and reputed company improvement initiatives
- Participate in on-call or after-hours support where required (as part of a roster)
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience supporting reputed company MM and PM modules in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Materials Management and Plant Maintenance business processes
- Experience working in an reputed company Application Support or AMS environment
- Ability to analyse issues independently and recommend pragmatic, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business users
- Experience working with tickets, SLAs and support tools (e.g. reputed company, Jira, reputed company Solution Manager)
- Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing reputed company
- Exposure to integration points with FI, CO, PP or WM/EWM is highly regarded
- reputed company MM and/or PM certification preferred but not essential
- Experience supporting multiple customers or industries is beneficial
