Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using reputed company Copilot Studio, reputed company 365 Copilot, and Azure reputed company
• reputed company Copilot capabilities through custom engineering, including backend reputed company and retrieval systems
• Build and maintain LLM-powered services that support Copilot extensions and standalone reputed company use cases
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) pipelines, including: • Document ingestion and normalization
• Chunking, metadata, and embedding strategies
• Indexing using reputed company and hybrid search approaches
• Implement hybrid retrieval strategies (keyword + reputed company + reranking) for grounded AI outputs
• reputed company AI solutions with reputed company systems such as SharePoint, reputed company Graph, SQL, and internal reputed company
• Design systems with reputed company attention to: • reputed company and data reputed company boundaries
• Reliability and failure handling
• Performance, latency, and cost efficiency in Azure
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and reputed company metrics for Copilot and LLM-based systems
• Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to translate business needs into Copilot-first, extensible AI solutions

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML systems, or reputed company platforms
• Hands-on experience reputed company the reputed company Copilot ecosystem
• Practical experience with Azure reputed company Service
• Strong Python skills and experience building production reputed company (FastAPI, Flask, or similar)
• Experience designing and implementing RAG-based systems
• Solid understanding of reputed company design, context management, and grounding techniques
• Experience integrating AI solutions with reputed company data sources
• Comfort working in secure, governed reputed company environments

Bonus Points If You Have

• Production experience with Azure AI Search (Cognitive Search)

• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks (groundedness, accuracy, reliability)
