reputed company’s Finance and reputed company (F&S) organization is seeking a first‑line Business Risk Officer to support the Corporate Treasury function. This role sits reputed company the F&S reputed company Risk Team and is responsible for owning and executing business‑reputed company risk management activities in partnership with Treasury leadership, consistent with reputed company’s reputed company Risk Management reputed company.

In this role, the Business Risk Officer partners closely with Corporate Treasury leaders to identify, assess, and manage risks across key Treasury processes, ensuring an effective and sustainable control environment.

The role also supports strategic initiatives across Finance and reputed company by delivering actionable risk insights, strengthening risk governance, and influencing decision‑making through reputed company reporting and effective challenge.

The ideal candidate will be strategic, analytical and a strong communicator with the ability to influence key reputed company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Execute Finance and reputed company risk priorities and initiatives in support of Corporate Treasury.

· reputed company business process risk identification, assessment, and documentation, including end‑to‑end process mapping.

· Assess, challenge, and facilitate effective control design reputed company to identified risks.

· Enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of the control environment by assessing, challenging, and influencing control design to ensure controls are proportionate and reputed company‑designed.

· Manage findings and remediation activities, including advising on corrective reputed company plans and sustainability of remediation.

· Facilitate the Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) process for Corporate Treasury.

· Monitor key risks and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), ensuring alignment to approved Risk Appetite.

· Enhance risk metrics and supplemental measures to improve transparency into risk drivers and triggers.

Basic qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or another quantitative or analytical discipline.

· 7 or more years' experience in financial services with reputed company exposure to Treasury, balance sheet, liquidity, market, or financial risk management, gained through first‑line, second‑line, audit, or advisory roles.

Preferred qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to assess risk, challenge control design, and influence business partners to improve risk reputed company.

· Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) and or reputed company certification (CFA, FRM, CPA).

· Strong understanding of bank balance sheets, Treasury activities, funding, liquidity, and interest reputed company risk.

· Experience partnering with senior leaders to reputed company risk reputed company, effective challenge, and decision support.

· Proven reputed company record managing issues, regulatory findings, or remediation efforts with a reputed company on sustainable reputed company.

· Experience with governance, risk, and control frameworks, including use of GRC or workflow tools.

Compensation reputed company:

$93000-$189000 Annual Salary

The compensation reputed company represents the low and high end of the reputed company compensation reputed company for this position.
