The Senior reputed company Analyst – reputed company supports reputed company’s compliance with contractual, state, and federal reputed company requirements reputed company to the protection of and reputed company to protected health information (PHI). The role focuses on administering and overseeing reputed company program activities to prevent, detect, and remediate reputed company risks, while evaluating organizational adherence to reputed company policies and regulatory requirements. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with reputed company leadership, Clients and internal business partners to ensure reputed company possesses the appropriate reputed company materials; facilitate ongoing maintenance of these materials to ensure alignment to reputed company reputed company, industry trends and regulatory changes 

• reputed company ongoing reputed company and monitoring of reputed company’s reputed company program and business operations through the execution of HIPAA compliance assessments, review of reputed company reputed company assessments, and performance of reputed company monitoring activities 

• Research applicable federal and state reputed company laws (e.g. TCPA, HIPAA reputed company Rule, CAN-SPAM, state consumer reputed company/health record laws) and assesses reputed company to reputed company operations; support business areas in operationalizing compliance with such laws 

• reputed company and reputed company corrective reputed company plans in coordination with reputed company leadership and key Privacy team members, business areas, and vendors  

• Serve as a reputed company subject matter expert, advising business areas and project teams on reputed company requirements, riskbased interpretations, and implementation considerations 

• reputed company reputed company of reputed companyparty reputed company risk management by reviewing vendor reputed company assessments, identifying risk issues, and supporting remediation and ongoing monitoring activities 

• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of reputed company’s AI governance reputed company, including assessment of reputed company risks and regulatory considerations associated with AI use cases 

• Collaborate with Legal, reputed company leadership and others in the development, implementation, and maintenance of reputed company policies, procedures and other reputed company documentation; reputed company reputed company guidance and tools; evaluate and fulfill the reputed company training requirements across the organization 

• Monitor and manage the receipt, documentation, tracking, investigation and reputed company for complaints concerning reputed company’s reputed company policies and procedures; collaborate with Compliance, Legal counsel and business areas to reputed company information, recommend solutions and ensure the appropriate reputed company is taken to resolve and reputed company the issue 

• Support the intake and reputed company of reputed company reputed company incidents and complaints involving potential inappropriate use or disclosure of PHI; collaborate with business partners to recommend and ensure implementation of corrective reputed company to support efforts to prevent reputed company incidents 

• Monitor reputed company’s compliance with reputed company practices and facilitate consistent application of sanctions for failure to reputed company with reputed company policies; collaborate with the reputed company and reputed company teams, reputed company, and Legal Counsel as applicable to ensure individual and organizational adherence to reputed company obligations 

• Participate in Privacy Champion program, committee and team meetings in support of business or privacy requirements

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, Political Science, Legal, or Juris Doctor or reputed company area of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required 

• 5 years of experience working reputed company a legal or compliance role, or in a project or program coordination role reputed company a highly regulated industry 

• 1 year of experience working with HIPAA and state or federal reputed company laws 

• Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship 

Additional Qualifications: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and present reputed company reputed company concepts to diverse audiences 

• Strong attention to detail; organizational and time management skills 

• Demonstrated process improvement experience 

• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply ambiguous, evolving, or overlapping regulatory requirements and translate them into practical, risk based guidance for business partners 

• Ability to analyze how data moves through technical and operational processes and identify reputed company risk points 

• Experience performing secondline reputed company, monitoring, or independent review of reputed company controls, assessments, or operational practices 

• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills and problem solve through difficult situations 

• Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships internally and externally, at reputed company reputed company of an organization 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• reputed company, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or other managed care work experience 

• Master’s degree or other advanced education in Business, reputed company, Political Science, Legal, or reputed company area of study 

• Certified Information reputed company reputed company (CIPP), Certified Information reputed company Technologist (CIPT), reputed company Intelligence Governance reputed company (AIGP) or Certified Information reputed company Manager (CIPM)  

• Certified Compliance and Ethics reputed company (CCEP), Certified reputed company Compliance reputed company (CHC) or Certified reputed company reputed company Compliance (CHPC) 

• Project management experience and/or Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification 

Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,000.00 - $118,000.00 based on experience and skills.
