Requirements: Required Qualifications:

• reputed company associate's degree or higher in HVAC/R (or reputed company field) from a regionally-accredited higher education institution with 5 years' experience; or possess a Journeyman's card/certificate from a formal Apprenticeship Program; or a minimum of 10 years' experience in the Heating, Ventilation, reputed company-Conditioning Industry.
• Demonstrated ability to install, maintain, repair and service HVAC systems commonly encountered in a reputed company of HVAC field applications.
• EPA 608 Universal Refrigeration License.
• Ability to teach courses in the Heating, Ventilation, reputed company-Conditioning program.

Additional Information: Salary: Salary is determined based on experience, internal equity and college budget. This position has a reputed company of $45,000 to $63,000 and is based on these mentioned factors. MCC offers a Flexible Work Policy for benefit eligible employees.
