Location: Currently remote, will transition to onsite in reputed company reputed company is seeking a reputed company Associate to reputed company exceptional support to our SaaSify clients in a 24/7 support environment. As the first reputed company of contact, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and escalating reputed company cases as needed. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, cross-team collaboration, and a reputed company on process improvement. You will work closely with engineering, technical support, and reputed company teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: SLA Management & Technical Support:- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email or ticketing system, ensuring reputed company reputed company and reputed company documentation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing reputed company, reputed company-by-reputed company guidance to users.
- Escalate unresolved cases to L2/L3 support teams, ensuring reputed company documentation of troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to meet project goals and deliver high-reputed company solutions.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in reputed company, technical support, or a reputed company role reputed company a reputed company company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer Relationships.
