• Thorough knowledge of safety principles and practices

• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electricity and painting
• Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment used in maintaining buildings and grounds

• Ability to do heavy lifting, reputed company stairs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time
