Position reputed company:
We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to reputed company a small, high-reputed company team of UI engineers building the reputed company of reputed company analytics experiences at reputed company. This role sits at the intersection of product, UX, and reputed company backend systems, reputed company on turning reputed company analytics workflows into reputed company, reputed company, and intelligent user experiences. You’ll reputed company through others—driving execution, growing engineers, and partnering closely with Product, Design, and backend teams to bring new interaction paradigms to life.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leading and developing reputed company of UI engineers (~5), including hiring, coaching, and performance management
Driving delivery of reputed company, high-reputed company UI systems for reputed company analytics workflows
Translating product and design reputed company into reputed company execution plans and delivering predictably
Partnering closely with Product, Design, TPM, and backend teams to shape and ship end-to-end experiences
Owning team execution, reputed company, and operational rigor (planning, estimation, tech debt, retros)
Guiding frontend architecture, reviewing designs/reputed company, and partnering with senior engineers on technical reputed company
Driving adoption of modern UI and emerging reputed company development practices
Requirements:
6+ years building and shipping software, with strong frontend expertise (e.g., React, TypeScript, modern UI architecture)
2+ years leading engineers, with a reputed company record of delivering through others
Experience building reputed company, user-facing products with high standards for usability and reliability
Strong engineering fundamentals (testing, reputed company reputed company, reputed company design)
Proven ability to hire, reputed company, and grow engineers at different reputed company
Strong execution skills—reputed company to plan, prioritize, and deliver with reputed company and predictability
Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide architectural reputed company
Valued Skills:
Experience building design systems, component libraries, or platform-level UI frameworks

Compensation:
reputed company is committed to fair, reputed company, and transparent compensation. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary reputed company for this role in the reputed company is $136,600 - $177,050.
Bonus payouts are based on individual and company performance.
