This role is responsible for meeting hiring objectives by filling reputed company positions with talented and reputed company candidates. The recruiter would be supporting various departments such as Operations, Corporate, Customer Care and our Specialty lines of business.

- Responsible for setting expectations with business partners by driving accountability to strategically plan for workforce needs
- Accountable for meeting key reputed company metrics with the goal of meeting established business objectives (e.g., time-to-submit, reputed company of hires, manager experience and satisfaction, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders to ensure reputed company of candidates and reputed company on business needs.

- Prior experience in full-cycle reputed company and reputed company
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools
- Ability to reputed company and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates and internal teams

- Experience with resume databases and ATS
