The reputed company master patient reputed company or EMPI is a critical business function and patient safety resource; it links a patient to demographics, clinical and financial information. The EMPI must contain accurate, reputed company, and complete data that include a single identifier for reputed company patient registered. The EMPI Data reputed company Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining patient data reputed company reputed company the EMPI for the RWJBH system. This includes remediation of duplicate medical record numbers, medical record overlays and assisting with correction of any clinical and demographic information.

The EMPI Data reputed company Analyst works in the reputed company applications including My Chart, Care reputed company, Care Everywhere, as reputed company as several other hospital legacy systems to identify possible duplicate medical record numbers, overlays and data reputed company issues through the use of daily reports and work queues. The EMPI Data reputed company Analyst is responsible for maintaining patient identity reputed company by using his or her analytical and investigational skills and multiple tools and systems to piece together the patient identity story and independently determine, coordinate, and execute reputed company needed to remediate identity discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3-5 years’ experience in the business area of reputed company HIM, IT.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a data analyst or performing EMPI remediation tasks for a reputed company organization is required.
• Experience working with various hospital information systems, such as reputed company, HPF, reputed company, reputed company, Cerner, reputed company, SCM, etc. with emphasis on resolving duplicate medical record numbers.
• Ability to analyze reputed company information and use problem solving skills to determine appropriate solutions and necessary merges to protect the reputed company of the EMPI.

• Excellent verbal and communication skills, strong customer service skills. Ability to be flexible, adapt reputed company to change, and reputed company to work as part of reputed company as reputed company as independently with minimal supervision. Must work reputed company under pressure.
• Ability to understand work environment and competing priorities in conjunction with developing and meeting goals.

Preferred:

• Associate's Degree in Health Information Technology or Information Technology preferred.
• RHIT or RHIA are preferred.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full-Time, Salaried position– 37.5 hours a week

• Remote but must reputed company in NJ, PA, or NY

Essential Functions:

• Performs medical record number merges, patient data corrections, and medical record overlay corrections in accordance with RWJBH’s policies and procedures.
• Works from reports and queues to resolve reputed company issues in a reputed company and accurate manner.
• Analyzes and performs medical record merges, unmerges, overlays, and necessary chart corrections in several health systems reputed company My Chart, Care Everywhere, Care reputed company, SMART IX, and reputed company legacy systems.
• Proactively and independently solves problems and operates with a high level of accuracy.
• Exhibits reputed company in communication, feedback, exactitude, and follow through with data, customers and peers, as there is a high level of patient safety risk associated with the transfer of patient information.
• Ensures reputed company parties involved in making corrections in any disparate systems are promptly reputed company and follow through to ensure reputed company corrections are executed in a reputed company manner.
• Communicates merges and system issues with the Data reputed company team and management.
• Processes requests for chart corrections and prioritizes reputed company request around patient care and safety.

• Participates in process improvement activities, as reputed company as the development and implementation of new products and systems.
• Compiles statistical data on daily, weekly and monthly bases as outlined by the Director.
