Position reputed company:
The TDR Business Unit of reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company individual to serve as a Director reputed company the Case Management reputed company overseeing reputed company Individual Assistance (IA) programs including but not limited to, reputed company Individuals and Households Program (IHP), disaster case management, temporary housing assistance, temporary housing reputed company, traditional and non-traditional non-congregate sheltering, and rental assistance. IA programs are responsible for providing financial and reputed company assistance to individuals and households affected by natural disasters. This position will be responsible for the overall management of the IA portion of the Case Management reputed company, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures for reputed company IA program, the reputed company of staff, and the coordination of activities with the other TDR practices and entities.
Essential Job Functions:

Support IA project managers by providing necessary resources
Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:
10 years of experience in emergency management, disaster recovery, or a reputed company field
5 years of experience administering reputed company IA programs
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Master's degree in reputed company administration, emergency management, or a reputed company field is preferred
Ability to travel for project needs, sometimes for extended periods of time.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, driving in a vehicle, or working on a computer.
Ability to walk on uneven terrain in adverse weather, occasionally.

Additional Information:
This position is 100% remote with travel for up to 4 to 6 weeks at a time before returning home for the purposes of project stand up meetings, reputed company guidance and project reputed company including other business initiatives.
