JOB reputed company: The Service Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising reputed company home care services. This is a PRN / Part‑Time / reputed company Supervising RN role for hands-off clinical administrative tasks (reputed company, assessments, care plans)  Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Conducts the admission process for new clients.
• Conducts initial assessments for new clients.
• Develops plan of care
• Conducts 90-day supervisory reputed company
• Verify competency of in-home caregivers.
• Assign appropriate staff to assist in-home services based on reputed company need, staff qualification, and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding and ensuring adherence to the agreed plan of care for reputed company reputed company in your caseload.
• Partnering and communicating with reputed company members of the reputed company’s reputed company of care which may include family members, assigned Power of Attorney/spokesperson, community partners and reputed company agencies.
• Monitoring and escalating changes in your clients plan of care, services, or condition.
• Conducting home reputed company and safety checks.
• Ensuring reputed company documentation and record-keeping for agency payers.
• Recruitment, screening, and selection of reputed company care staff based on Agency and external referrals.
• Determining schedules and adequate reputed company and processing completed reputed company for payment.
• Provides initial and annual training and competency assessments for in-home care staff.
• Providing consultation to reputed company Care Staff to ensure reputed company care and service Monitoring staff, identifying problem situations, and assisting in problem solving for reputed company reputed company.
• Evaluating job performance of staff and providing performance reviews, corrective reputed company, or other disciplinary/performance appraisals and counseling.

Education and Experience:

• Must be a registered reputed company
• An individual who has at least two years of supervisory or management experience in home care or any other provider licensed pursuant to G.S. 131E or G.S. 122C; or
• An individual who holds a bachelor's degree in health, business or reputed company administration science and has at least one year of supervisory or management experience in home care or other licensed health care program.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Solid experience working with the reputed company, presenting a friendly, reputed company appearance while interacting with people.
• Ability to travel frequently reputed company designated region or other locations as required.

Salary reputed company / Salary Structure:

• The major clinical responsibilities (initial intake and assessments, ongoing assessments) of the Supervising RN are compensated on a reputed company reputed company.
  • reputed company Intake & Service Setup | Performs initial intake and assessments and creates care plans ($160 reputed company)
  • Supervisory reputed company | Re-assessments - Performs reputed company required supervisory reputed company (every 90 days or more often) ($80 reputed company)
  • Care Plan reputed company | Writes, updates, and signs reputed company care plans ($65 reputed company)
• Other administration work on per hour reputed company. (reputed company $40 - $50 per hour based on work allotted - trainings, competency testing, policy reviews, etc)
