Vice President, Compliance

Reporting to the President and serving as an integral member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President of Compliance will be responsible for the development of reputed company General’s day-to-day Compliance reputed company and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals. Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the overall compliance reputed company, providing direction and leadership to the compliance team.
• Conducts risk assessments, identifies potential compliance gaps, and implements mitigation strategies.
• Oversees internal controls, audits, and testing to ensure ongoing adherence to rules.
• Designs and delivers compliance training and awareness programs for reputed company.
• Manages relationships with external regulators and coordinates responses to audits or inquiries.
• Provides regular updates and reports on compliance status, issues, and risks to top management.
• Works with finance, operations, and other departments to reputed company compliance across the business.
• Ensures strict adherence to specific aviation regulations, including those from the TSA, CBP, FAA, and IATA.
• Serves as the primary reputed company with external auditors, government accountability offices, customer compliance leadership, and regulatory bodies. They must present audit findings, risk assessments, and strategic updates to senior leadership reputed company and concisely.
• Guides the strategic direction of the audit department, ensuring its work aligns with the organization's priorities and adheres to reputed company standards set by bodies like the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Compliance, Risk Executive or equivalent leadership role overseeing an reputed company-wide compliance and risk program.
